When the Dialog appears, select Run.  The download is very small and should take little time.  You may be prompted again, be sure to select Run.  

The following window will apear: 

 
Provide us with the unigue ID number and Password for us to establish a session to your desktop. 

Remote sessions are established using an RSA 128bit key, identical to that used for secure banking, shopping carts. etc.  The session itself is encrypted using an AES 256bit private key. Once the Remote session is over, just close.  There is nothing to un-install.
